All of our Security Officers book on and off duty 24/7, carrying out agreed check calls. This service will provide continuous lone worker control measure’s with controlled escalation procedures to reduce risk. All Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response Vehicles are fitted with tracker systems for safety and audit trail accountability.
Client Liaison…
We seek regular meetings and contact with our clients to ensure service continuity and to pro-actively identify potential problems before they impact on the service.
Management & Supervision…
One of our experienced Operation Managers will be personally responsible for the service and is the first point of contact for clients. The Operations Manager is supported by the office and both their Supervisor and Director to maintain the service twenty-four hours a day.
Performance and Monitoring…
In order to ensure our Security Officers consistently perform to the highest possible standards they are continually assessed by their supervisor or line manager.
Personnel Recruitment…
We take great care in recruiting our SIA Licensed Security Officers. The caliber of our Security Officers is crucial to the quality of our service. Our recruitment and vetting procedures are subjected to regular and detailed inspection.
