From the outset a fully effective security service is planned and achieved through a detailed implementation plan, with relevant actions agreed between Shadow Surveillance and client management. Contracts are developed to take into account the specific requirements and time factors unique to each job.

We seek regular meetings and contact with clients to ensure service continuity and to proactively identify potential problems before they impact on the service.
