Service Specification…
To provide the best possible service and accurate advice we take care to ensure that both the client’s specific requirements and the security needs of the person or premises are taken into account. We offer a full and thorough site survey and risk assessment as part of our evaluation of the contract service requirements.
Contract Planning and Implementation…
From the outset a fully effective security service is planned and achieved through a detailed implementation plan, with relevant actions agreed between Shadow Surveillance & Security Services Limited and client management. Contracts are developed to take into account the specific requirements and time frames unique to each client and their premises.
Assignment Instructions…
With a service specification agreed in advance, detailed assignment instructions (AI’s) are drafted for client approval. These instructions detail all aspects of the service to be provided and carefully explain all on and off site procedures. Copies of AI’s are left on site, kept in our office and by the client.
